Yes, it’s true that we do repair a full line of Apple and Mac products and we love to service the Apple line; every day we receive referrals from our local Apple stores and we feel like we’re an integral part of keeping thousands of Apple products alive each month. However there are so many different manufacturers and brands that we service sometimes it’s hard to keep up, I know!

Well I know for a fact that we aren’t reaching even a fraction of the demand that out there because on a minute-to-minute basis we hear “Hello there! Do you repair my model of tablet?”

Just remember that of course we welcome you to call in during normal business hours- but remember that you can log into your account at any time – 24 hours a day – to see when we received your device, what the status of your device is, and it’s return tracking number back to you. It doesn’t matter what nifty little hand-held device you sent to us, whether it’s an iPhone, iPod, iPad, Chromebook or other device – you can see the live status online!

We are quickly approaching 2014 and there is absolutely no stopping it. It has been a great year for Mission Repair and we only have our customers to thank! While I would love to take this post and stroll down memory lane with you, I can’t, we still have 6 days left in the year and I want to make some awesome new memories before we start reflecting on the year past!
What kind of memories? How about the best kind? The kind in which you save some money on your much needed repair service! I think I was as excited as Casey was when he opened his “big” present this year. In fact, I was so excited – because I got to play with him!
Have you heard of the cutting edge new company “Anki”? Well, their first product, Anki Drive was released during Apple’s last major keynote presentation, and we scored an Anki Drive for Casey this Christmas.
We couldn’t wait to get the track unrolled – and we stuffed it into out basement kitchen area to keep the dogs from trampling it:
Yes, I took some video, but I sounds kind of like a doofus in it, so I’ll take some different video later to share. That’s Casey getting the hang of the AI (Artificial Intelligence) that comes built in. And believe me these cars running under AI learn FAST. Casey is currently working to upgrade his car to the “railgun” option and he’s been furiously playing all night. Nice work Anki, I concur this is a different level of entertainment!
