LG Optimus G2 Front Glass Repairs announced!

Hello again to all my friends that love electronics like myself!

We are happy to announce a brand new service today for a new Smartphone – that is an amazing phone I might add – to help anyone that has a cracked screen. It happens all the time, in fact the first unit that came in was owned by a lady that only had the phone for a week. T mobile told her “sorry, you can try to sell it on eBay with the cracked screen if you want” because they didn’t offer up any solutions.

Mission Repair offers solutions.

The LG Optimus Pro has an ENORMOUS screen at 5.2″ and the home button is on the back of the device, which seems to be a good idea to me!

Just remember that we are here to help with your ailing electronics. Don’t see a repair on our site that you’re looking for? Give us a call 866-638-8402 and we’ll do what we can to help.

Take care, Ryan

Don’t Forget About the Classics!

Hello M:R Nation –

This time of year really brings out the nostalgic feelings towards the classics. The classics range anywhere from movies (“The Christmas Story”, “Christmas Vacation” and my personal favorite “The Santa Clause”), to food (chex mix, puppy chow, Christmas ham),drinks (eggnog, mulled wine, peppermint anything) and family traditions. At least, those are some of the things that I think about when talking about the “Holidays”. These things are so ingrained into my core, it wouldn’t be the holidays without them.

As I was thinking about what makes the “Holidays”… the “Holidays”, I somehow lost track and started thinking about Apple and their line up of iPods. Their line up has changed over the years. A new iPod Nano here, a redesigned iPod Touch there, but something that remains the same is the ultimate in classics. The iPod Classic!

MR iPOD Classic

The iPod Classic is so ingrained into the iPod line up, we as a human race wouldn’t know what to do without it. It made it’s first appearance in 2007 and has been a staple ever since! What makes it so ever present? Well there are my 3 bullet points on it .

  • Click Wheel – You can never fully kill the click wheel! It is a life changing invention and I don’t ever want to see the end of it!
  • Storage Capacity – Flash storage is still expensive when you get up to the 100+ GB range. Apple has yet to release any iPod touch with more than 64GB and most hard core music heads have at least double this in their library!
  • Design – Its hard to fix something that is perfect. When you have finished project or a paper and you get to the point where you know its perfect, you usually don’t revisit it. You just know its done!

Mission Repair has supported the iPod Classic since its creation in 2007 and we are still proud supporters. When these need servicing, it is usually the LCD screen that needs replacing or a battery that has gone dead. We can help you with both of those issues and even more!

Do you still have an iPod classic or are you the owner of a brand new iPod Classic? I would love to hear what draws you to keep it for so long and/or purchase a new one. Shoot me an email at Troy@missionrepair.com and I just might send you something cool in return!

Cheers, Troy
