Now that’s a fire!

Hello friends-

We are approaching a hectic week next week here at Mission Repair and if I’m going to take any time for myself in the next couple of days I need to do it now!

Tonight is a cool and calm evening in Kansas City and I’m all alone at my house…so I lit my fire pit, grabbed a beverage and perched myself outside for a few hours. It was a nice piece of therapy to sit and relax and watch the flames move through the darkness.

Let’s call it the calm before the storm.

I’ve been working with my marketing team to finalize the specials and events that are happening here at Mission Repair starting on Monday of next week – that’s Monday of Thanksgiving week – because we are going to be jam packed with fun stuff, prizes, giveaways and specials. It’s fun around here sometimes, but for the owner it can be bittersweet. Fun = hectic and stressful no matter how you slice it!

Keep Us Close And Make Mission Repair Your “ICE”!

Hello M:R Nation –

I just found out recently what ICE means in regards to a phone contact. For years I have seen: First Name/ICE/ Last Name, on my friends phone when he makes a call to his wife and I finally got curious enough to ask what it meant. What I always though had a negative connotation (ICE as in cold hearted or something), actually means “In Case of Emergency”.

Now, if I were to see this last week on someones phone that I was trying to help, I would of had no clue to call the ICE contact. But this week I am a changed man! So if you are ever in trouble and have ICE in your contacts, I will indeed be calling that person for you!

This whole sequence of events has me thinking, “Mission Repair should be the ICE for your Tablet, Smartphone and Computer repair needs”! When you are in trouble, you know exactly where to go and who to call. So when you drop your iPhone or crack the screen on your iPad, you should have the luxury of the exact same thing!

So here is what I propose: Keep our contact information in your smartphone, tablet or computer contact list, so if you ever do have issues, we are just one call or click away!
