Weekend Balloon Fun!

Hello M:R Nation –

It is Friday once again and boy-oh-boy did this week just fly by. I swear just yesterday I was sipping the first of my first of 10 “Monday” cups of coffee. I guess that is just what happens when you love what you do and do what you love. Have no fear however, just because its almost the weekend, doesn’t mean you still cant enjoy the great services of Mission Repair. We are always open and that includes Saturday and Sunday!  We have a staff that is ready to help you with any damaged iDevice, Tablet, Smartphone or Computer!

You will never see me in one of these!

Since I will not be working this particular weekend, I have to find something to do! Luckily, this weekend just so happens to be a very special weekend in the Kansas City area as it hosts the Great Midwest Balloon Fest! The festivities are actually hosted just down the street from the Mission Repair headquarters, so you can bet, we will be on the look out for some giant, hot air filled balloons grazing the sky above as we are working hard to repair your newly cracked iPhone 5 screen.

From what I have heard so far, they will have a ping pong ball drop contest, tethered balloon rides, real balloon rides and GIANT kites! This seems like the perfect event for a Saturday morning so I will be raising early with my son to attend. If you see us out there, come say “Hi”, I will be the one in the Mission Repair shirt :-)!

p.s. You will never see me near one of these baskets. It gives me the creeps just thinking about being that high up in the air dangling by a balloon. I’ll admire from afar…

Cheers, Troy
