Training Camp Saturday!

Hello M:R Nation –

Mission Repair partners with many different people and organizations throughout the year, and one of our favorites is the Kansas City Chiefs.  On Saturday, we were invited to their training camp and received a VIP treatment! Here are a few pictures from the event!

It was a beautiful day and we throughly enjoyed watching what is sure to be a playoff contender, practice for a few hours! We enjoyed some great food, drinks and most of all company as you can see in the above pictures. Do you see Matt there challenging Dexter McCluster to an iPhone repair competition? Well, Dexter came back with a foot race challenge and that pretty much shut Matt down :-).

We have many cool Chiefs events planned and can’t wait for this coming season! So watch out and listen for Mission Repair at a Chiefs game near you!

We are enjoying a much needed rain fall today that couldn’t come at a better time. My yard is as yellow and burnt as I have ever seen it and my neighborhood is under a water restriction which means I can’t even water my lawn. Now, I know this rain won’t completely cure my issues, but it is a great start. This rain has also given us in the Kansas City area some wonderful relief from this unrelenting Great Plains heat!

Ryan’s world-famous meatball sandwiches.

Hello everyone, it’s been a long week but I can’t really believe that it’s Friday already and we are getting ready to close Mission Repair for the night!

I was home last weekend and decided to fire up the “meatball sandwich making machine” (that’s me) and whip up a batch of meatballs. I had family in town, so I was trying to impress…and it worked out!

I know, you’re saying “Cheetos Puffs on the side? Come on Ryan”. Well it’s true, I’m a Cheetos fan and at the time it just went well together. I understand if it’s not for you.

The awesome part is that we’ve been eating leftovers for the last few days. Well it’s awesome until you just have enough marinara in your life 😉 time to take a break from the heartburn.

These beauties are one of my specialties along with some amazing French toast. In fact, at one company breakfast a long time ago, I pulled out the meatball sandwiches and as a group we ate them for breakfast. Odd? Not at all. That was about 7 years ago and I still have employees talking about it!
