Retail Me Not?

Hello M:R Nation –

So I have been doing a little Christmas shopping over the internet this year and I gotta tell ya, its pretty relaxing. I don’t think I will have to set foot in a Toy’s R Us or a Mall this year! Can you imagine that? No more horrible retail experiences, no more crowds, and with the coupons you can use online NO MORE FULL PRICE!

So during my online shopping escapades, I naturally went to retailmenot.com to find the best deals and coupons for my purchases. I would say I really stuck it to the online retailers with what I found. I received some very great coupons and overall, saved about $150.00.

This got me thinking…what kind of coupons do we at Missionrepair.com have on this thrifty little coupon site? We have a few of our standard 10% off discount codes and some of our past specials that we have ran, but nothing too substantial. I would like to try and change that…

I am going to make a new coupon code named retailmenot and it will be for a undisclosed amount. You will have to actually check out to see the coupon amount. Trust me, it will be worth your while. If this code makes it onto Retailmenot.com within a week, I will keep the coupon active FOREVER! So get to saving on that broken iPad, iPhone, Laptop or Android device today!

Cheers, Troy

New Service: HTC Evo 4G LTE LCD Screen Repair

Hey M:R Nationals…Still trying ūüôā

As I said in my last post, we have the LCD service for the HTC Evo 4G LTE  in the works and I want to make the official announcement here today! Each smartphone is damaged in its own unique way. Some are dropped, some are crushed, some are sat on, some are kicked, some slammed in a car door and I think we have seen a few phones that have had all of this happen to it at once.

My point is this Рdifferent trauma causes different issues on smartphones and the HTC Evo 4G LTE is no different. It could have only a cracked touch screen or the LCD could of been jolted and cracked on its own, leaving the touch screen unharmed. Worst yet, both the LCD and touch screen could be broken, but I wont jinx you!

Evo 4G LTE

So please, all of you EVO 4G LTE owners out there, sleep well knowing that you can have your phone repaired and you DON’T have to buy a new one. The last time I checked, the EVO 4G LTE is about $799 to replace outside of contract and if you ask me, I’d much rather spend $129 to repair instead $799 to replace!

You can start your order here for the HTC Evo 4G LTE LCD Screen Repair or here for the HTC Evo 4G LTE Glass Touch Screen Repair!

If you by chance find yourself needing both at the same time, here is a package deal for you HTC EVO 4G LTE Front Glass & LCD Screen Repair!

Cheers, Troy

New Service: HTC Evo 4G LTE Glass Touch Screen Repair!

Hello M:R Nation’ers

I don’t think that^ works, I’ll keep working on it . Anyway, I have an awesome service to talk about today that I have been working on for a couple of months and we can finally announce it! We have been servicing HTC smartphones for a couple years now and the HTC EVO is a staple of the HTC line. We have shared many good and bad times together and we are still receiving these phones on a daily basis for repair.

Well, here is the EVO 4G’s faster and better looking brother, The EVO 4G LTE! This phone is smokin with a¬†Dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor,¬†Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and of course the LTE capability. This phone also has the famed Corning Gorilla Glass that is very tough and scratch resistant.

Like I have mentioned in the past, this Gorilla Glass technology is not crack proof. So this is where Mission Repair comes in! Starting right this very picosecond, you can now order the HTC Evo 4G LTE Glass Touch Screen Repair! This is going to be a great service for years to come, just like the first EVO 4G!

We are also offering the LCD service very soon, so look out for that announcement coming shortly!

Cheers, Troy

iPad Glass Screen Lesson. Cracked = Not Good. Repaired = Good.

Hello everyone, I’ve been scouring the internet doing a little market research and if you’ve been following the blog at all lately, we’ve added a ton of new products and services. My General Manager Troy has really been at it hard finding and creating these new part numbers so we can offer them as soon as we can!

While I was doing my weekly website reviews, I have noticed a couple of our competitors have started adopting our exclusive “Got Repair” benefits (albeit they offer them under a different name) which is good to see. . .I mean, it’s just the right thing to do in this industry. In this business we know that devices are fragile and can crack. They are made of glass ūüėČ

As I’ve said in the past, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery…and in this case it appears that even the competition is taking notice, good job everyone! The Mission Repair “Got Repair” program benefits means that if you ever use Mission Repair for your screen repair, and if it ever breaks again even if you drop it, all you need to do is give us a call and we’ll repair it again for you under this program. That’s it.

For example, let’s say you bought yourself a shiny new iPad last week, and then dropped and cracked the screen. I know this can happen, not only is my iPhone 5 currently cracked, but we see over 1,000 iPads in our service center every month with cracked screens- and we’re sympathetic to every one. So you do a little research, love our service, and get your cracked iPad into us for service. We will take the unit in, install a brand new glass panel, test the device through our QA department, and get it back to you just as soon as humanly possible. How soon you ask? We can even do it for you while you wait if you come visit our service lab in Olathe.

You’re back to “happy” again – but then try to imagine if that screen was broken again ūüė¶

I know, it’s an accident, it’s a terrible thing, and you had to have it repaired once – you might even ask “why me”? Well this is where you thank yourself for using Mission Repair to fix your ailing iPad – because we already have you in our system and because we want you to remember us and always use us for your electronics repair needs. So we will repair that same glass panel again and you’ll never pay full price again. It’s a thank you from Mission Repair to you, and it helps ease the pain of a bad situation. Does this mean that you’ll always pay if you ever have a problem with your screen after we repair it? No! The screen does come with a full ONE YEAR warranty against manufacturer defects and we’d be happy to repair it again if something fails under this warranty, and at no charge to you whatsoever!

So remember Mission Repair lesson #213. Cracked iPad Glass = Not Good. Repaired iPad Glass = Good.

Talk to you again soon, Ryan
