Mission Repair introduces the MyRewards program! It’s just free money.

Hello everyone!

We announced our dealer service program earlier this week and we have dubbed the dealer hotline at the office the “bat phone” – we are toying with the idea that when it rings a spotlight lights up the sky with a huge “M:R” on it! We have a dedicated line for our dealers, schools and large repair programs to call for specialized service in our dealer department.

Just finalized today, we added our brand new MyRewards program to our dealer page. After I got it done, formatted and installed I realized that I needed to extend this to ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS moving forward. That’s right, every customer that makes a purchase on the Mission Repair website will earn MyRewards points!

This means that when you place an order with us and once we ship your product, we will automatically drop 10 reward points in your account for every dollar spent at Mission Repair!!

MyRewards – easy as clicking this “redeem now” button for free money!

What good is this you might ask? Well, if you ever need a repair again or want to buy a part or an accessory you can redeem your reward points toward a future purchase. It’s easy – all you have to do it click a button, you’re automatically signed up – every customer that registers on our site is a part of the program, and it’s free money.

So our dealers will really enjoy this program because the more they spend the more they save. . .but as I realized that we have so many repeat customers I couldn’t hide the MyRewards program from anyone.

It’s just one more amazing feature about using Mission Repair. We’re the Intelligent Choice!

Take care, Ryan

Welcome Back:Toshiba Thrive Glass and Digitizer Repair Service

Hi M:R Nation –

For the last week we have been experiencing a backorder on the Toshiba Thrive  glass. When we have a part that goes on backorder for any amount of time, it puts me in a pretty foul mood. So you can imagine my elation when we receive a solid stock on those parts this morning. When I got word that we received these Toshiba screens in today, I did something I never do. I smiled before my first cup of coffee!

Listen folks, we are never on backorder by choice. If we had it our way, we would not even allow that word in the english language. Unfortunately, its just a part of life… I have a new campaign that I am going to be running around the offices of Mission:Repair . Its my “No More Backorders” Campaign. I can’t predict how successful It will be, if my parts department will take to it or if they will still like me after I’m done, but I’m willing to become a monster for our customers 🙂

You can place your order for the Toshiba Thrive Glass and Digitizer Repair Service  and be confident that we will ready for it when it comes in!

Cheers, Troy

There goes Casey off to school and 20% off your order at Mission Repair!

Hello folks, so I saw my boy off to school today. It’s his first day of his sophomore year and he got his first car this summer. Life is good for him right now!

So it’s the same every year since he started kindergarten. The first day of school is amazing and fun and exciting and nerve-wracking. Last night he got all of his supplies ready (which included 7 boxes of kleenex! I mean how can you carry 7 boxes of Kleenex and all of your other stuff?!)

Casey is ALMOST a man. I say “almost” because he’s not 18 yet and I still want to protect him even if he is 6 ft. tall and has a size 13 shoe – he’s still my little boy and I’m trying to always watch out for him. In fact, I snapped this picture and you can see it on his face. Basically he’s saying “Dad, did you really have to come to school with me and take my picture in the parking lot?”

Yes I did.

So I got a little choked up and sent him off. My little “big” boy is no longer the Freshman at school. Times-are-a-flying!

Here’s to the back-to-school time of the year and in case you missed it, enter coupon code “backtoschool20” for any order placed on the Mission Repair website and you’ll get 20% off that order now through 8/21/12. Amazing.

Take care, Ryan
