Front of the line for your repair? We’ll put you there!

Hello everyone, how’s your day going? It’s beautiful outside from my window office at my Mission Repair “home”.

I wanted to reach out and let you know a couple of things about your favorite repair center (That’s us at Mission Repair!) You know, where we’ll take care of that iPhone, iPad or Laptop? Need help with a broken device? Just call 866-638-8402!

You know that we have FAST service. When you send your item into us, it’s typically done in less than 1 business day. But what happens if you want it done faster? I get it, it’s hard to live without your smartphone for a day. . .that’s no problem.

Mission Repair is open 7 days a week. That’s right, and it’s something that differentiates us from the rest of the market. We are here 7 days – we don’t cheat by saying “We’re open Sunday” and then our hours are noon – 2pm. . .no way. In fact, you can stop by or call us Sunday from 10am to 5pm. That’s enough time to get here and get your repair done!

Additionally we have a “Front of the Line Service”. All you need to do is ask for it. How do we do this? Well there’s no appointment necessary and we keep technicians on staff along with our amazing customer service staff to make sure that your repair will get completed while you wait.

Of course there are exceptions to this story, if we are out of stock, or if the issue is an intermittent problem, it may take more time and we’ll tell you that up front- but for the majority of our services, we can handle a Front of the Line repair without incident. It’ll typically take less than an hour.
