LG myTouch Q Smartphones unite! And if you ever crack that screen…

Hello folks, I’m back with a brand new service that’s coming your way on the Mission Repair website today! We’ve announced our full-service LG myTouch Q screen repairs that are available now – this service is for anyone with a cracked screen on their myTouch Q.

The Android based myTouch Q from Tmobile touts “easy to learn”, “easy to use”, “easy to choose” marketing and Tmobile is currently offering the myTouch Q to their customers. The plan includes data on the Tmobile 4G network, but it doesn’t include breakage. You go to Missionrepair.com for that!

We will rescue that Q. It’s a Q rescue. Don’t BBQ your Q, but if you do, we’ll fix that too.

Key West, Key Lime, and a Coupon!

So we headed to Key West recently with some friends and since we’re in “warm up” season around the country and you might want to start making vacation plans, I would highly recommend Key West as a fun place to visit. I had never been there before – but knew that it would prove to be a lively and warm place to hang out and sight see for a few days. The cool part is that we flew into Miami and drove into Key West over the bridges that connect the Florida keys. It was very cool!

As we moved along the route, my buddy Darrin was like a tour guide and pointed out the interesting spots along the way. “Don’t stray too far from the road”. I wondered why. “Gators will getcha”. Oh, we don’t have those in Kansas City!

Here’s a screenshot from the 1994 movie “True Lies” when the “blow up” occurred. The bridge that was blown up was an 80′ model of the 7 Mile Bridge. The old bridge (where they did the shot) was already “blown up”, when they opened the new bridge.

So once again, if Key West comes up as a possible vacation destination (or if you get lucky enough to take a business meeting there!) I highly recommend the trip. Well that is if you like sun, blue water, shopping and fun. I’ll be going back.

Has your life flashed in front of your eyes?

I think that most of us have done it before. . .we’ve had some sort of accident that was so traumatic when we retell the story we say something like “I saw it happen in slow motion”.

It could have been knocking over a glass of milk, walking and slipping on a patch of ice, or a fender-bender in our car. It’s a common description along with “my life flashed in front of my eyes”.

Quick story- I was working on my basement last year and adding some additional circuits to my existing electrical panel. Well, I got careless after a long day of working and I got zapped. It took a minute for me to recover and a couple of chiropractic appointments later, I was all fixed up! I can clearly remember thinking a ton of things in a short amount of time. I think this could be described as “my life flashing before my eyes!”

Well, we hear this on a daily basis here at Mission Repair, and we’re sympathetic to life’s daily trials:

“I dropped my iPhone, tried to grab it and in slow motion it crashed on the cement.”

“I had my computer on the coffee and my German Shepherd walked by and knocked it off onto the tile floor with his tail.”

Your pet can do this kind of damage. Try to remember that he doesn't know any better!

“I dropped a space heater onto my computer and crushed the screen”.

“I left my iPad on top of the car and when I stopped at the corner realized that it was still up there. My whole life flashed before my eyes.”
