Hello folks, this has been some time planning and in the making. . .

Mission Repair is now open 7 days a week! What’s the big deal you ask?

Well we have really taken a firm hold on our local market and with our commercials more and more customers a flowing into our repair center than ever. Yes, I know that there is a line a times in our front office and this is one of the reasons that we’re expanding our hours of operation.

What does it take to be open on the weekends? Well we need a full staff of customer service agents, technicians and shipping personnel to keep the flow of business going. Here are some of the benefits that you’re going to see with Mission Repair:

1. Open 7 days a week.
2. Live customer service representatives answering the telephones during business hours!
3. Live Chat on the website during business hours.
4. While-you-wait repairs performed every day of the week!
5. Shipping 6 days a week! That’s right, we can have you item shipped out on Saturday for Monday delivery!
6. Receiving 6 days a week! We will be staffed to receive any packages from UPS, Fedex, DHL or the USPS now on Saturdays to get your repair processed even faster.
7. Support, support, support. We are here for you, open and available.

Now, I know that some of you ask for us to be open 24 hours/day. OK, I’m working on it, but that’s really a different animal in itself. If things keep going as they are, then we will add second and third shifts as required. I better get some sleep now!
