MacBook Screen Repairs – check out these prices!

Good afternoon everyone, it’s a busy day here at the Mission Repair base. We’re making a ton of new friends and customers (thanks to our amazing “GOT REPAIR” program) that is included with many of our services.

A lot of customers are still amazed that we offer MacBook screen repair, and when they find out that these repairs come with “Got Repair” lifetime benefits, it’s the difference between us and the competition.

“Got Repair” benefits are INCLUDED when you have your MacBook Screen Repaired with us. Or your MacBook hard drive. 4th of July coming up!

Good morning friends, we’ve got a busy week ahead of us and a long weekend to follow. The cool thing about 4th of July in Spring Hill, Kansas is that we have no restrictions on using fireworks in the neighborhood. I stopped by the “Black Cat” tent on way home last night and stocked up on some crazy stuff!

It’s been a few days since my last blog- I took a little vacation with some friends of ours out to Lake Tahoe. I used to live in the Bay Area and driving up to Tahoe was a weekend event for my family. Once I was old enough, even a buddy and I would drive up on a Friday, go skiing at Heavenly Valley or Kirkwood, stay in a dumpy motel, and get back home by Sunday dinner.

This time, we stayed at the awesome Montbleu Hotel and Casino just over the border in South Lake Tahoe. The Montbleu has an amazing steakhouse, Ciera, and if you peek in there stop and say hi to “my man” Tommy Walker. He’s the sommelier and he can show you to my wine locker. It’s a sight to see! 😉

We took the normal tour around the lake and stopped to take a couple of great shots of Emerald Bay:

It was a great trip with great friends and I’m anxious to get back to visit the Sierra Nevada Mountains soon. Since I’m just now getting my feet back under me (I had 702 emails waiting after 3 days of being out) I’ll be back soon with some great business information from Mission Repair and Got Repair soon!

So what do you do when Apple declines your AppleCare warranty? Call Mission Repair!

When the manufacturer declines your warranty coverage, they are not only declining your repair request, but they are also deeming the entire unit “out of warranty”. Even if you paid for extended coverage!

We know this first hand. We just had a customer have their iPad 2 screen repaired – a very typical repair for us – because Apple declined the service when the customer sent it in under his AppleCare warranty. Specifically the customer was told:

“Your IPAD 2 has been inspected by Apple technicians, who have determined that the cost of repairing it exceeds the cost of replacing it with a new product. As such, Apple is unable to service your product as you had requested and is returning it to you unrepaired. You should expect to receive it within two business days along with a letter that gives details of this assessment.”

Well, I am here to tell you that it costs $209 to have an iPad 2 screen repaired at Mission Repair. And it was done in 24 hours. And it has a 1 year warranty against defects. And it was delivered back to the customer with GOT REPAIR benefits automatically included with the repair. . .which means if it’s ever broken again (ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE) then the customer never pays full price again. Simply amazing.

Good morning everyone, we’re on top of game here at Mission Repair. We’re tightening up our processes, adding new value and employees. More on all of that later. . .

Today, I am pleased to announce that to all of our Mac and PC laptop hard drive upgrades we have added the “Got Repair” benefits which COST YOU NOTHING when you have your new hard drive installed with us. What does this mean for you?

Well, each of these repairs comes with our standard 1 year warranty. If there is any issue with the drive or installation within a year, we’ll fix it under our normal “exceptional” warranty. Here’s the kicker:

If there is ever any issue with the hard drive that we installed in the future and as many times as needed, we will replace that drive under our “Got Repair” benefits. . .FOREVER.
