1. Call us at 866-638-8402 and we’ll get an order generated in our system and we’ll immediately send you an email label or shipping kit, so you can get your precious Sony laptop into our service center. Click here to see a video about our laptop shipping kit.
2. We will receive the unit and install a brand new screen within a day and send it back to you.
3. Much to your surprise, you get a knock on the door with your repaired laptop, faster than you expected and repaired like new. Glee, joy and happiness consume you.
4. You rest easy knowing that if you ever drop, break or crack your screen again (and I mean EVER!) then you can call us back and we’ll repair it again under our “Got Repair” program (by the way, we add this to your initial order for NO CHARGE).
