Hello all- we’ve made a few new changes to the website. Being a web-based company it makes sense, right? My webmaster is the best in the business and he’s always looking for ways to improve the site and the customer experience. I mean, if he didn’t do that, what else would he be doing?
We’re now introducing 3 ways to navigate our site. Take a look at the diagram above. Webmasters, take note, this is how it’s done:
1. Top Navigation Bar. This is an “automated” drop/drill down to all of our products and services. Just hover over the device name of the repair you’re looking for and click on the exact link you need. This is the quickest way to get to where you want to go!
2. Left Navigation Bar. This is a complete list, in simple text form, that allows you to quickly see general categories and drill down to the product or service you’re looking for. This will “walk” you though the “Full-Service” or “Do-It-Yourself” categories and lead you to the proper place.
3. Graphical display of our services. This is also a complete list, in graphics form, of each of the main categories of services that we offer. Click on any one of these graphics and it will lead you through a complete drill down starting with the basic question “do you want us to perform the repair or do you want to repair it on your own?”
So what does all of this mean? Well, it’s easy to find what your looking for on the Mission Repair website. This is our #1 priority. We want our customers to easily place an order and/or get the information that they need from us. Our services and style of business are setup such that we want to be known as the easy to use, best service iPhone repair and iPod repair site on the internet. Don’t take my word for it though, check out Top Ten Reviews. We’ve been #1 for 3 years running and with no sign of slowing down.
Mission Repair, The intelligent Choice.
