New MacBook Logic Board Repair services announced!

Good afternoon. The day after Cyber Monday is always somewhat of a relief. We had a record number of orders yesterday, then coupled with the long weekend of orders we are running our FedEx driver crazy! They’re gonna need a bigger truck 😉 It’s just a nice break from the frantic feeling Cyber Monday brings. We are back to normal, getting caught up, and business has never been better. I hope this means that we’re wanted!

This morning, my Operations Manager and Webmaster got together and launched a new line of services for Mac laptop computers – officially we have successfully begun our FULL-SERVICE MacBook and MacBook Pro Logic Board Repairs.

Since our inception, I’ve always wanted good quality, consistent component-level repair service. . .and now we have it. Essentially, we will repair your logic board whether it has been dropped, struck by lightning, or just plain failed out of use. Mission Repair now has the means to perform COMPONENT LEVEL logic board repairs and are offering it to the general public and dealers alike and we have a very high success rate. Here we go again, every time we launch another line of services, we get a flood of calls. I have operators standing by!

Thanks, Ryan

Apple TV Giveaway success!

Hello all, as promised we pulled a lucky winner yesterday at noon for our Apple TV Give-Away! If you signed up on our text message subscriber list (you just need to text “REPAIR” to 72727 to get on the list) then you were automatically entered and we randomly drew from this list to find our winner.

Congratulations to Kelly C. from Johnson City, TN. We made the call to Kelly yesterday who answered the phone, and wham! We delivered a HUGE Cyber Monday surprise.

Kelly: the Apple TV is en-route, it’s brand new, and comes with a full 1 year warranty from Apple. Have fun with it and spread the word; Mission Repair is the place to be for great giveaways and amazing service. As it turns out, Kelly is a current customer of ours with an iPod repair service which just goes to show that working with Mission Repair pays off!

Happy Holidays everyone, Ryan
