Residential Fees.
NEVER! We DO NOT CHARGE for residential deliveries. We know that you’re at home. You shouldn’t pay extra to receive your repaired item at your doorstep!
Fuel Surcharges.
NEVER! We know that the cost of fuel is killing the economy. It hurts when we go the gas pumps too! As fuel prices fluctuate, so do our shipping fuel surcharges. We NEVER pass shipping fuel surcharges onto you.
Handling Fees.
NEVER! We don’t “hide” profits in “handling fees”. Shipping and receiving your repairs in and out of our location is our business and you can expect us to “handle” your order with professionalism and class!

Mix and Match Shipping Makes iPod and iPhone Repair Easy!

We’ve done it again by announcing a new myriad of shipping options when using our proven iPod Repair or iPhone Repair Service. Our customer service and marketing team has added several additional shipping types when choosing Mission Repair for your iPod or iPhone repair. These new shipping options help make customers more “at ease” when choosing Mission Repair as their service center – more options means that the customer is more in control of the repair and in control of their beloved iPod or iPhone! Here are their available shipping methods:

* I’ll pack it and use my own shipping label! – The customer takes responsibility for sending their unit to Mission Repair using their own, preferred shipping packaging and carrier.
* I’ll pack it, Email me a FedEx label! – The customer takes responsibility for packaging their unit in a FREE FedEx box, then will receive an email with a printable, prepaid FedEx Ground or Overnight shipping label.
* Easy way: Send me a shipping kit! – The customer allows Mission Repair to take responsibility for the pickup and delivery. The appropriate packaging and prepaid labels will arrive right at their doorstep either Ground or Overnight!

And once the repair is complete, you can choose how you’d like their item sent back. Mission Repair offers these 2 great methods:

* Once repaired, return it to me ground!
* Once repaired, return it to me overnight!
