Our “Live Chat” service is, well, live!

Hello all out there in cyber-internet-land! Mission Repair has added a new feature to our website, and on EVERY Page there is a link under our logo to engage in a live chat with one of our friendly sales people. If you have a question, chat us! We’re typing experts (kinda) 😉

If you’re really lucky, you might even get me! It’s an honor you know! I’m just kidding. I’m not exempt from our customer service mentality and I love chatting with our customers. Makes me feel connected to the rest of the world, you know?

Live chatting is just another great way for you to reach a customer service representative during normal business hours. If it’s outside of our normal business hours, that chat button turns into a “Leave a Message” button and we’ll get back to you as soon as we return. As usual, you can call us toll-free at 866-638-8402 and we ALWAYS answer the phone during normal business hours. We just upgraded our brand new phone system and added more lines (again) so there are plenty of ways “in” to Mission Repair.
